This website describes our company, our services and some of the work we have done. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver any service, and nothing on it is professional advice for your particular situation.

Engagements

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, such as a master services agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with anything on this website, the agreement prevails. Descriptions of services, technologies and outcomes on this site do not form part of any contract unless the agreement says so.

Client stories

The clients named on this site are real, and they have agreed to be featured. Their names, logos and trademarks belong to them and appear only to identify them. Client stories describe the work as it stood when they were written, and past results do not guarantee similar results for another project.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, design and code of this site belong to Tenaga Technologies and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it, and you may print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, or put an unreasonable load on it;

• misrepresent a connection to Tenaga Technologies or to any of our clients.

This site links to websites we do not control, including those of our clients and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse everything on them.
