This policy explains what personal data Tenaga Technologies ("we", "us") handles when you visit this website or get in touch with us, why we handle it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and pre-engagement enquiries only. Personal data we process on behalf of clients during an engagement is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this page.
In short
- We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking.
- We only hold personal data you choose to send us, by email or WhatsApp.
- We use it to answer you and to work with you. We never sell it.
When you browse this site
This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms and no analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own. Fonts, images and scripts are all served from this domain, so loading a page does not send requests to any other service.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the service from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. If Cloudflare decides a request looks automated, it may set a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors. Cloudflare's handling of it is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Some pages link to other websites, including those of our clients. Once you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy policy applies.
When you contact us
You can reach us by email at hello@tenaga.tech or on WhatsApp. When you do, we receive whatever you choose to send, typically:
- your name, email address or phone number;
- your company and role;
- the content of your message and any files you attach.
We use this information to:
- reply to your enquiry and send material you ask for, such as our capabilities deck;
- discuss, scope and propose an engagement;
- keep a record of our correspondence;
- meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We process it because you asked us to respond, because it is needed to take steps towards a contract with you, or because we have a legitimate interest in running our business. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and messages sent through it are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers who run our email, messaging and file storage, and only to the extent they need to provide that service;
- professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality;
- authorities, where the law requires us to;
- a successor organisation, if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, which would remain bound by this policy.
International transfers
Our service providers may store or process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the applicable law requires, such as the provider's contractual commitments on data protection.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete the correspondence within 24 months of our last contact. If it does, we keep records for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires, typically for tax and accounting purposes.
How we protect it
We restrict access to people who need it, use accounts protected by multi-factor authentication, and rely on providers that encrypt data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we would advise our clients to treat theirs.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, or stop or restrict how we use it;
- withdraw consent you have given, without affecting earlier processing.
To make a request, email hello@tenaga.tech. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the period the applicable law sets. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
